Great location! Truly can't be beat with a beautiful view and lots of space. The parking was easy even though we didn't park on the street because the parking garage is an easy walk just across the street. Great restaurants and coffee shops within a block or two. We had a great visit and would choose this apartment again.

seriously, i was in the the middle of a full blown family crisis Adam your beautiful home was an amazing blessing. I live down south in Montana--i know "traitor" ~ but it's so WARM! 😍 & my grandmother's health in Sitka dropped significantly- it was a now or never moment, and i went. This emergent trip was instant, difficult & chaotic I had 10 days to fly to Sitka & say goodbye & be back in time to fly as a chaperone for my son's 8th grade trip to Washington D.C. (i'm also a teacher) After my beautiful & emotional first days back in Sitka, my husband called it- i was too alone & it was too much He bought me a ticket to Juneau so I could be with my high-school best-friend Joelle, ON MY ACTUAL BDAY (3/23)--ADAM!😁🥰We spent the whole day together! THEN I was able to invite MY SWEET cousin & her beautiful family over for a REAL HOMEMADE DINNER😭in YOUR home. We prayed gratitude over your table💞 THANK YOU both for opening your home it's because of you that i have these priceless memories!

Jeremiah was such a great host and we enjoyed our stay at the airbnb. He was so accommodating of our kids and friendly. The space was clean, had so many amenities and was perfect for our family. It was very child and baby friendly. We rented this space as we had family and friends coming into town to celebrate our childs 1st birthday and it was a great way for us to take advantage of our time together. I would defintely recommend staying here and we will probably be booking the space again when family is in town again.

Great place and the location was pretty ideal for my work.  If you're doing anyting related to the legislature or capitol, you're two blocks over and one block down.  And just a block from the grocery store.  They take care of the place, two really big TV sets, and the heated floors actually do a nice job of heating the place!  I'll be back!

Stayed at Adam and Ash’s place over the weekend. Close to the cruise ship dock but no ships were in port, so the place was very peaceful and quiet. The beds were super comfy. It got a bit warm at night, but we just opened a window a bit. We were able to walk to restaurants, Devil’s Club and Amalga. Will be even better when the Griz Bar reopens with it’s new layout. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

I would stay here again. Great location and nice space, 3 min walk from downtown bus stop. Adam was responsive and helpful to something I needed with the Air B&B. 5 stars from me!

Hosts were wonderfully flexible in allowing me to check in early. The apartment was spacious and the bed was comfortable. As a bonus, I was able to do a much-needed load of laundry as there are some coin-operated machines in the building ($3 for wash + dry). While this is not the ideal time of year to visit Juneau, I appreciated that I didn't have to walk far in the rain to get to restaurants, a yoga studio, or gift stores. One Juneau disappointment was the bus system: You must have $2 in cash for each ride. You can't buy tickets with a card like most other places I've been around the world. This got frustrating fast because stores wouldn't give me any cash back after a purchase. I gave up on transit and rented a car, which I would definitely recommend doing at the airport. Parking in the library garage worked well, but required going outside by 8 a.m. each morning to pay the daytime rate (night is free). It was cheap by city parking standards; only $6/day. All in all, a great stay.

Hi Kate, Happy to hear you had a great stay! We are local and here to help guests with any questions/ issues. We proactively provide a digital guidebook that answers the most common guest questions and we are always available to assist. The bus system doesn't take card, however all the grocery stores and city hall (1 block away) sell bus tokens and you can pay via card. This information was on the capital city transit website I sent over to you when you mentioned you'd utilize public transit. The parking garage across the street is the best option in the summer. Payment can be made in person or via the link provided in your guidebook. Once the cruise ships are gone, (Oct-April) free street parking is available directly across the street from the apartment.
